Each Villa provides a secluded vineyard retreat within walking distance of five cellar doors and vineyards lining the renowned Seppeltsfield Road precinct, Barossa Valley. Set along a ridgeline, your villa opens to the vineyard vista, a perfect vantage point to view the vines as they reflect the everchanging seasons.

In spring, you’ll witness budburst, with the vineyard bursting with new life.  In summer, emerald-green vines are a cool contrast to hot summer days.  And in autumn, long golden days and vines splashed with autumn colours are an invitation for lazy afternoons on the deck, with an abundant platter of the best of the Barossa’s produce.  In winter, newly pruned vines provide a stark silhouette, as they await the beginning of their annual cycle.

Our vineyard is a project of the heart, shared by Cath and her brother, local winemaker David Geyer, of Geyer Wine Co and Yetti & the Kokonut. Established in 2020, this mixed planting of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc and Trousseau are pruned in the traditional bush vine style, following in the steps of early Barossa vignerons.

Seppeltsfield Road is renowned for its avenue of palms, winding through beautiful Barossa landscapes. Your vineyard experience continues beyond the Villas, as you explore the gorgeous surrounds.  A ten minute walk in any direction takes you past a patchwork of rolling hills and vines, with every bend in the road revealing another glorious view. This part of the western Barossa is home to iconic wine brands and intimate cellar doors, and best discovered on foot!
