Property Description

AU$530-$595 per night. Minimum 2 night stay

Special rates available for extended stays

2 villas available, accommodating 1 couple per villa

Our tiny village of Marananga is located at the start of Seppeltsfield Road's iconic avenue of palms, arguably one of the most beautiful areas of the Barossa. We highly recommend exploring on foot - an easy stroll from your Villa brings you to five cellar doors, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers and the award-winning restaurant Appellation and Contour bar and kitchen. And a walk around the ‘block’ takes you past an idyllic vista of vineyards, rolling hills and grazing paddocks.

When you’re ready to explore by car, a drive along the 10km of Seppeltsfield Road will wind you through the vineyards of the western Barossa, home to renowned wineries including Whistler Wines, Seppeltsfield, Tscharke and Torbreck as well as an intriguing number of small batch wine producers. Seppeltsfield Road is also home to some of the Barossa's most exceptional culinary experiences - Appellation at the Louise, Hentley Farm Restaurant and Fino.

Complimentary WiFi if you’d like to stay connected

The Location could not have been better!

“The location could not have been better. The villas are located right in the middle of a number of beautiful wineries. The fridge was stocked with delicious local produce that saved us having to search for breakky in the morning and meant we could dig into cheese and wine from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back and I recommend The Villas - Barossa to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing time in the Barossa Valley. Grant and Cathy have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Thank you for having us!”
